OC OFFER FORM
This form is to present your offer to purchase a property to the owner. It is not a legal contract. Both the purchaser and vendor must sign a contract for a sale to be legally binding.
BIDDER REGISTRATION
You must be registered to bid at a public auction of residential property in South Australia. This is the form to register prior to the auction starting.

PROXY BIDDER'S ATHORITY
To bid and purchase a property on behalf of another person or entity at auction, you must register as a bidder and get authorisation from the intended purchaser you are bidding for, this form must be filled out and given to the auctioneer prior to the auction.

FORM 3 - WAIVER OF COOLING OFF RIGHTS
This form is used when you wish waive your cooling off rights and must be done in front of a legal practitioner. Part A & B must be completed to be legally binding. Commonly used when purchasing prior to auction. This means you do not get the 2 business days cooling off period.
